Please could you tell me whether XCloner supports sftp as in SSH File transfer protocol? If not, which secure FTP protocol are you supporting?

At the moment, XCloner does not support sftp, however it does support ftp over ssl option http://php.net/manua.....onnect.php

Liuta,

First - LOVE the simplicity of xcloner. THANK YOU!

 

Is sftp support on the roadmap?  I'd love to be able to configure a cron job to backup my site daily, sftp the data to my house, and then email me that it worked.  Lack of support for sftp means I have to do this manually.

Yes, sftp has been implemented in the latest version of XCloner
