Hello ,
Please i need help,
backup_2012-09-14_08-28_www.aprillaugh.com-sql-nodrop.tar is the name of the backup automatically generated. im suspecting if the backup has the sql backup

After the xcloner restore script i get the message below..
Files succesfully copied to /home/aprillau/public_html/ap/
Configuration updated!
but the restore path is blank http://www.aprillaugh.com/ap/
even the database is blank..
what do i do wrong

The backup you have there seems to be only 1.95MB, is this the backup size on your original host? If not, try and use a ftp client to download and properly transfer the backup to the restore location...

i have tried to use ftp to upload the backup to the restore directory and i get message below

Yes i did, it took me to a screen that says Processing 13.4% and it redirects to the Xcloner Restore prompt where i am to enter the following

Either uncheck the "Incremental sql import" option and redo the restor process, make sure you empty the restore database, or simply import the restored mysql backup from administrator/backups/database-sql.sql file manually through phpmyadmin...
