Hi and thank you for creating this plugin. Everything worked as expected EXCEPT that the values in the mysql db for site_url and home keep reverting to the values for the blog that I cloned, instead of the new values/domain. This is causing the new site to redirect to the old one, and the only way to access the wp-admin area is to hard-code the site url and home into wp-config. I have tried completely unistalling and reinstalling wordpress, and have used xcloner for fresh backups/clones several times, but all with the same result. Can you please let me know if this is a known problem with a known solution?
Thanks in advance,
Sarah

I should add that if I go into the mysql db, change the values of site_url and home to the new domain, then refresh the new wordpress site home page, the values of site_url and home are immediately reset in the db to the old domain. ??? It's really very strange. Any information welcome.
