I have two sites using xCloner - both are self-hosted WP v3.5.1.
For some reason that I cannot explain, I noticed yesterday that when attempting to login..

I notice that my username and password are no longer working.
I was using the same plugin version in both sites - v3.0.7.
When I discovered this, I first tried it with the default user/pass combo of "admin/admin" - which didn't work.
Then I tried adding $_CONFIG["jcpass"] = md5("my_new_pass"); - with my password choice; but this didn;t work either.
I then removed, and manually replaced the plugin with your latest version - and got the same failure to login result.
I then had a look at the newer cloner.config.php file - and notice it's quite changed from the previous version; and am uncertain where I should insert the code to update the login password.
But, it's really weird that this is affecting both websites in exactly the same way.
Please, can you help me solve this?
Thank you.

Make sure your php.ini session.save_path is a valid writeable path, otherwise it might be best to check with your hosting support to see if php sessions are working correctly, this is the main issue why you can't login to xcloner...

That was indeed the problem - when I checked phpinfo for the session.save_path, it was not set.
What's weird is that this had been that way forever - so why would it NOW suddenly present itself as a problem I wonder?
So I set it to use "/temp", and that fixed it.
Thanks for the suggestion.
You wouldn't have any idea why it would have been working previously, and then suddenly decided to present itself now, would you?
