Hi,

is it possible to adjust the path of the temporary folder?
Xcloner reports that this folder is incorrect or unreadable

That's strange while the Backup Start path is readable
And the Backup Path is writable

If I put a "/" before "administrator/backups" then the Backup path becomes unwritable.

 See screenshots. Who can help?

Please use full server paths relative to your location, usually the default values after you install XCloner are picked up correctly! Ovidiu

Hi,

 

thnx for your advice. It's OK now although it was puzzling to find out the right paths.

 

However, there's a strange thing regarding "View Backups". It looks as if the size of the backup is 1.5 Kb. In reality it is several hundreds Mb. If I download via Xcloner the size is 1.5 Kb.
Do you have an explanation or suggestion what I'm doing wrong?

What is your Backup Store Path setup in XCloner and what location is the one inside the ftp screenshot? are they the same?

It's solved now. For both Start and Store path I changed it tot the full path.
And now we see the correct Size of Set.
