This might be a dumb question, but the newest version of xclone 3.0.1 I just downloaded does not have these directories (wp-content and administrator) in it; do I just upload the entire "xcloner-backup-and-restore" directory into the plugin's folder on my server?

Hi Jon, as specified on the download page, you simply install the new package by uploading it inside the wp-content/plugins folder and then creating the administrator/backups directory inside your Wordpress root path

Hope it helps! Ovidiu
