Whenever I attempt to Move or Clone a file (of approx 700MB in size), the page will refresh for about 30-40 minutes then display a blank page with the text "The system cannot find the file specified" (see screen shot). I've also had this happen during the Backup process itself. When it happens during the Backup process, it still generates a .tar file, but because the process ended with an error message, I have no idea if the .tar file is a complete and final file. What do you think is causing this?
Hi Jesse, that is most probably a server timeout issue, i would advise following this restore FAQ and move the backup archive and restore script manually to the new location so you aer able to continue the restore process.
Regarding the timeout during the backup process, is tha AJAX mode enabled for the Backup Refresh mode in your XCloner Config->System tab? As a note, that option gets automatically disabled if php version is lower than 5.2.4, so a php upgrade might help.
What you can try also when generating a backup is to set the "Files to process per request" option to lower than the default 100, like 50, and see if it helps!
