Hi, I'm trying to back up - and then move my website however I keep getting this message:
There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!
Details: error -- undefined
JSON url: index2.php?option=com_cloner&task=refresh&json=1&startf=1100&lines=2661&backup=backup_2012-10-12_09-50_www.marlindigital.com-sql-nodrop.tar&excl_manual=
any help would be greatly appreciated

Hi there! You should try and:
1. Check the disk space available, make sure you can create further backups
2. decrease the Files to process per session from your XCloner Config->System tab, try 25 as value
3. exclude any large files
Feel free to attach here a full screenshot that includes the estimated backup size as well as one from your View Backups section.
