HI Raz, please check the following:
1. backup archive is the same size as on the restore site
2. are you able to open the backup archive? how much disk space do you have available on the original site before creating the backup and after
3. is safe_mode turned Off on your restore site?
4. how much disk space is available on the restore site? should be at least double the backup size

Offlinethe size seems to be the same and there is plenty of space. It get get into the backend on the new server so wordpress seems to have installed ok. I think the problem is do with the database setting as I get this in red above the xcloner plugin page
Could not connect: Access denied for user 'web36-a-word-523'@'localhost' (using password: YES)Unable to select database web36-a-word-523

You could try and extract the backup archive manually or by using a server utility, and then restart the restore process with "Skip files restore" option checked.
Not sure i understand the database message you sent above, is that part of an error? could you post the full error? If it's a restore error, most probably it refers to duplicate records, so try and empty first the target database before restore.
