I wouldn't be surprised if I'm just doing something wrong, but I have installed Xcloner for a client on two sites, and I'm testing on the smaller of the two.
When I click to 'execute cron', I get
Using configs/solomonsuccesscom.php as configuration file
Starting /home/solomons/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php
Access Denied for ip *********
I added that IP to the whitelist box, but still get the same error. This has been for 2 days.
Can you give me some suggestions?
Also, I found my first scheduled cron backup on the ftp site where I wanted it, but there is no copy of it in the local backup folder. I do NOT have 'Delete backup after transfer' checked, so I expected it to be in the backups path. However, I am using the same folder for both the temporary backup and the regular backup. Could that be the problem?
