Hi i am trying to clone or move to another server but its giving "Failed to establish ftp connection" Could you tell how to fix this prob. the ftp details are correct what i have provided but dont know what is the problem

Try using the ftp server ip address as ftp server name to see if it helps. Otherwise, it could be a firewall issue, in which case you should choose an alternative restore method as detailed here /wiki/index.php?title=Restore_Backup#Restore_Backup_.E2.80.93_Manually
