Hi Marin! You should re-check that the ftp upload path you used when restoring pointed to the correct location(same that the Install url: points to), if you are unsure, try better the "Install files directly" option when restoring, instead of ftp mode.

Hope it helps! Ovidiu

I getting the same error too ...backups/database-sql.sql , database was not imported!

It seems the latest xcloner for wordpress is not backing up the database file and including it in archived file because no database-sql.sql was found when the backed up files were extracted from the archive.

This was working fine with old version before the lastest release.

Please, advice.

The database backup is included inside the backup archive, directory administrator/backups, filename database-sql.sql, if the file is not present there, it might have been excluded from your original backup, what folders/files did you exclude when you generated the backup?

I excluded  the administrator folder, is this the cause?

I excluded this too in the old version without any problem with cloning or restore.

Thanks for your quick response.

Usually if you exclude the administrator folder and change the Backups Store Path to be different than that directory, the administrator/backups will be fully excluded, you need to leave that directory included.

Hope it helps! Ovidiu
