Hi,

 

at starting my Blog-Backup I received during the Database-Backup-Process the following Error-Message:

 

"

Database backup...

[DB835601] 169 tables

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!

Details: error -- undefined

Does anybody know what I should do? If I press the "Click to Retry" button, again after about 169 tables I get the same error message ...

Can you post here the full screenshot after your Generate backup screen? If you try and set the Backup process mode to Normal in your XCloner Config System tab, does it makes any difference?
