I have been using XCloner successfully with Wordpress for a while now. Current WP version is 3.71. Today when I went to do a manual backup I ran into the following error. After reading numerous threads I tweaked the settings as shown below. However, the problem is still happening. It seems to be overloading the server resources. Any suggestions? Thanks.

 

There was an error retrieving the JSON data from the server, try again or contact the developers!
Details: error -- undefined
JSON url: index2.php?task=recurse_files&mode=&nohtml=1

 

My current settings:

Include backups directory in clone: No
Files to process per request: 10
Database records per request: 100
Compress backup files: No
Excluded Directories: /html/administrator/backups

Did you activated a security plugin for your Wordpress  site that be blocking XCloner requests? Try disabling the RewriteEngine option for the xcloner plugin directory and see if it helps.
