I have just done my first back up but when i go to view backup there are 2 back ups

backup_2012-07-18_23-19_extrahotmovies.com-sql-nodrop.1.tar  72.69 MB

backup_2012-07-18_23-19_extrahotmovies.com-sql-nodrop.tar  2047.99 MB

What is the difference beside from the size of course and why is there 2 ?

XCloner has a backup split option where it creates a new file if the size exceeds 2GB (2048MB) which is set by default. So the two files are actually related and need to be used both when restoring the site.

Thanks for your reply.

The "Backup manual process for wordpress" seems to be different from the PDF manual and the online documentation.

I dont understand what "Files to process per request" means and also "Exclude files larger than" is set to default of -1 so I'm not sure what is meant by -1

"Files to process per request" relate to a timeout setting prevention, can be left as it is. The "Exclude files larger than" -1 value indicate no limit, so all files can be archived.
