Hi i have manually restored the bacup tar file on a new server. Iceepon getting this same warning after the restore when it redirects to the home page

How do i rectify this

Your backup probably did not restore fully, can you check and see if the missing file is located in the backup archive? If so, i would advise to manually upload all backup files, then try again the restore process with the "Skip files restore" option checked...
