OfflineHi
I've checked with Bluehost support and they have told me that it is a database issue!
I'm thinking that I have backed up the database incorrectly in the first place?
I have a bunch of add-on domains that I think may have been included in the back up! How do I check that I have only backed up the site that I want?

OfflineThe domain I'm trying to clone is located at /home7/mysite/public_html, however there are other add-on domains that are located in sub-folders of public_html
How do I set up X Cloner to only clone the site that is in the root and not any of the sub folders?
I excluded all the other domains when crerating the back up, however I'm thinking that it is the databases that are causing issues?

OfflineYou can exclude the files/tables related to the other sites from the XCloner Generate Backup screen.
Can you copy/paste here the error report related to your site to see if we can find the exact issue from that 500 error? Please run the script again then copy/paste the error code.
Just to be clear, you get that 500 error when you run XCloner.php first time in the browser or when you submit the restore form?
