Hello
I used Xcloner for a while and i was doing back up without probleme today when i tried to do back up i got this error bellow :
I seached on the forum and i found some people with same error i tried some solution from these topic but dindt work
NB : i disabled all plugin i installed last days but probleme still
Please help me

I have also just encountered this very same error. But I have not changed the joomla site (components, plugins etc. for about 3 months) So really not sure what could have changed.
I think we have to wait for the Xcloner support to report back .. PLEASE .. As Im sure it is not anything I have done

Could be a timout excution from your hosting provider, please check with them if they can increase it.
Also, try excluding the cache/ and tmp/ folders and see if it helps! Regards, Ovidiu

Thanks for getting back quickly.
I've tried excluding cache and tmp folders but still not working. For me, this seems to happen within about 30 secs of starting the file scan too which is quicker than the timeout. I'll talk to hosting co. but suspect they'll probably say "no".

I'm going to try excluding all folders, and then add them one by one to try and isolate. Might be worthwhile!!
