xcloner.php error|Wordpress Support|Forum Archive|XCloner

I am moving a Wordpress site from one server to another.  I've downloaded the backup file, plus xcloner.php from the original location, and uploaded them both to the new location.

When I attempt to run xcloner.php, I receive a fatal error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function add_action() in /home/content/97/10494097/html/treventis/xcloner.php on line 35

where /home/content/97/10494097/html/treventis/xcloner.php is the folder and location of the file.

I have tried this twice, with a clean install of xcloner on the original site. I've also checked and set permissions on the xcloner.php file to 777.

Can you give me any suggestions?

Thanks so much!
