Error screenImage Enlarger

I keep getting this each and every time I try do a backup. If I click "Retry" at the bottom, I always get an error whenever I try downloading and can never finish downloading the file.

I have looked through the forums and tried the following:

A: http://www.xcloner.c.....he-server/

B: http://www.xcloner.c.....undefined/

If I try A, I get an internal server error whenever I try backing up. As for B, I already have the "Compress backup file" set at "No" under Configuration > System.

Please help.

I did. Here it is again:

I have the backup file size split to 512MB each. I get about four files overall at the end (if I click "Click to Retry") with the last one being about 300 MB.

From the looks of it, it seems the backup process is being stopped by the server(execution timeout) during the file recursion reading, i would advise in this case to try and split the backup manually by excluding some of the large folders and see if it helps!

Thank you. All I had to do was figure out which folder(s) were giving me the problem. I'm able to make a proper back up when I exclude them.
