Could you post a screenshot from your administrator/backups folder to see what files you have there right after you've created the backup? Also, post here a screenshot from your XCloner Config area first tab...

Ok, thank you for the answer. I really want to make a screenshot, but this morning comes a new trouble ... my login and/or password for admin (in xCloner) no longer work. I'm adding $ _CONFIG ["jcpass"] = md5 ("my_new_pass") in the file cloner.config.php with my new password in place of "my_new_pass" - this changes nothing. Even emptying the browser cache and the Wordpress with WP Super Cache. Even changing directly the passwordin the line of the file cloner.config.php.

Make sure your php.ini sessions.save_path variable has a valid and writeable path, otherwise php sessions might not work properly. try also and reinstall XCloner and see if it helps...

Hello again ! Thanks for the help 😉
I've listened your advice and reinstall the plugin. I no longer had the problem of password and I could launched the backup. But at 54%, the following error has struke again 🙁 No backup in the folder, no file at all...
Any idea ? :-/

There is a file there called perm.txt, please open it and look between lines 3500 and 3600, do you notice any large files there you could exclude? The backup archive should be inside the Backup Store Path you've set in the XCloner Config area...

I just have to delete the line with the big files in this perm.txt and it's ok ?
Do you have an exemple to understand this file because the syntax is odd O.o --> there is this kind of text at the end of all line, and I don't understand for it : |0705|6|D
If I understand well, this is :
1st line : the path of a folder
2nd line (and more if necessary) : the path of each file in this folder

The perm.txt file is generated on each backup request, so modfying that file won't help, XCloner has an exclude tab on the Generate Backup screen which you can use.
For explication of |0705|6|D
0705 - file permissions
6 - size in bytes
D - directory if it's the case
