Hi

after doing backup i tried to clone it to different server with all details of that server correctly but the connection to that server failed

 

i also provide permission 777 to the folders

i tried connecting with same details using filezilla and it get connected

 

please help with me anything else needed to be done

Feel free also to open a support ticket and see if it's anything we can help you with, as a suggestion, you should try to use the ip address of your ftp server instead of hostname, and see if it helps.
