Hi Ovidiu, Do I need to uninstall/install Xcloner or can I install over an existing version? (3.0 to 3.1) Would be nice if I could keep the settings... Thanks!

Unfortuantelly the settings will be lost on upgrade, but you could save the cloner.config php file as well as the configs/ folder from inside the administrator/components/com_xcloner-backupandrestore/ folder, and upload them back after upgrade so you keep the config details.

Same problem on a Wordpress site.

I tried the solutions mentioned in this thread - nothing works.

Carefully followed the restore procedure - all goes fine then 500 Internal server errors.  This is hopeless.

Do you have access to the site error_log? if so, try and check tha, the 500 errors are detailed there
