Hi Ovidiu,
after updating to version 3.1, my cron jobs stopped working properly.
This is the command I always used for one of my sites. http://www.neoz.it
/usr/bin/php /home3/neozit/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php
I get :
Content-type: text/html<h2>To run this script you need to create a custom config file inside XCloner Config, and call the script using php cli command like this:</h2> <strong>php /home3/neozit/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php mycustomconfig.php</strong>
Also tried with configuration file and command :
/usr/bin/php /home3/neozit/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php neoz.phpand I get :

AND

and I get :
Status: 404 Not Found Content-type: text/html No input file specified.
With previous version of XCloner Cron Jobs always worked perfectly on my 3 website without config file and command :
/usr/bin/php /home3/neozit/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php
Please … can you help me ?

The correct cron command should be this one
/usr/bin/php /home3/neozit/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php neoz.php
Make sure you reinstall XCloner latest version, the cloner.cron.php file should have this code at the top
if(!defined('STDIN') ) {echo "<h2>".$topErrorLine1."</h2>\n";echo "<strong>".$topErrorLine2."</strong>\n";exit;}
Let me know if you have further issues

I did it Ovidiu. And I checked the code of cloner.cron.php. It corresponds 🙂
But the backup does not start and I get the same message :

Could you create a new php file and add this code inside and tell me what is the output?

i created test.php and lounched a cron with this command :
/usr/bin/php /home3/neozit/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/test.php
Content-type: text/html cgi-fcgi

Check this forum post http://www.xcloner.c.....e-2/#p9990 , might be best to do that in your case and add a custom validation if you like. What php version are you using?

The hosting is BLUEHOST in America.
