Program run backup successfully when I execute manually. When I am setting up cron job, gives me this error (executed from xCloner);
To run this script you need to create a custom config file inside XCloner Config, and call the script using php cli command like this:
php /home/sites/xyzabcd.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php mycustomconfig.php
I do have custom coinfiguration file. I use this exact command on shared hosting;
/usr/bin/php /home/sites/xyzabcd.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php?mybackup.php
It says: 404 error, no input file specified
Any ideas?

You cron command should be as indicated above in this format
php /home/sites/xyzabcd.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php mycustomconfig.php

This is exact command I run ;
/usr/bin/php /home/sites/abcdefg.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php mybackup.php
and it gives me error;

I have posted an update in the wordpress repository, try and reinstall XCloner and see if you have anymore issues!
The command you need to run is
php /home/sites/xyzabcd.com/public_html/wp-content/plugins/xcloner-backup-and-restore/cloner.cron.php mycustomconfig.php

Thank you Ovidiu, but problem is still the same. I tried on a new site and still the same. I wonder if there is anybody here who runs this script successfully on Heart Internet.

You can remove if you like this code at the top of cloner.cron.php file
if(!defined('STDIN') ) {echo "<h2>".$topErrorLine1."</h2>\n";echo "<strong>".$topErrorLine2."</strong>\n";exit;}

I have exactly the same problem. I moved over to a new hosting site, set up my website from xcloner backup, wanted to test cron but received the same error message.
Xcloner run smoothly on my previous hosting. Now I can only make manual backups.

I can only help yo guys if you give me access to your hosting account to make a few tests, happy to do it for free http://www.xcloner.c.....m/contact/ , otherwise you will need to debug the code i've indicated above.
