Thanks, but it didn't work. Free Space is around 450Mb, while the backup size is estimated 220 MB. I also lowerd the nummer of files to process to 20. Still the same error

The error you have there is related to the mysql user not having the necessary permissions to backup the database it's assigned to, i would suggest to contact your hosting company to fix this, or simply assign it full permissions to your database!

We have looked into this and have found that you need super privileges. It also
shows this in the error report that you had sent us.
This being the case, sadly there is no way for you to be able to us this
program to back up your databases.
The best way at this point to back up your databases is use the
"Export" function in phpmyadmin to backup any mysql database.
